Ciudadanía Inteligente is a Latin American organization, with offices in Santiago and Rio, that uses technology and innovation to improve democracies and advance citizens' rights encouraging their participation. It has 10 years of experience in the development of platforms and strategies that promote electoral engagement, transparency, and accountability, in addition to successful lobbying for new frameworks of anti-corruption legislation.

In 2018, Ciudadanía Inteligente launched Chileleaks.org, one of the few initiatives in the region that offers a safe platform for anonymous whistleblowing, and promotes the development of a whistleblowing culture in Chile.
