Protect is recruiting a Legal Adviser to join their expert Whistleblowing
Advice Line team. The Legal Adviser will provide advice to individuals on how they can raise their whistleblowing concerns. The role would be suited to an ambitious law graduate with aspirations to use the law to benefit the public interest.
Protect is the UK’s whistleblowing charity. At Protect, whistleblowing is a good thing, and Protect want more people to speak up to stop harm. For over 27 years Protect have championed the role whistleblowing can play in anticipating and avoiding serious risks that arise in and from the workplace. Protect provide free, confidential legal advice to over 3,000 whistleblowers a year though Protect’s Advice Line. Protect work with employers to instil best practice in their governance and whistleblowing arrangements and to help them identify and manage risk and promote the public interest. Protect campaign for legal and policy changes to improve the rights of whistleblowers.
