The Government Accountability Project (GAP) is hosting a Facebook Live event featuring DHS Whistleblower Dr. Scott Allen. Dr. Allen will share his experience as a two-time DHS whistleblower—first blowing the whistle on harms to children in detention, and most recently on the risks posed by COVID-19 in ICE detention.
Speakers will include:
