The webinar will celebrate the contribution that whistleblowers make to society as well as highlighting the great personal cost they often face for speaking up. The panel will hear from the personal experience of anti-racist campaigner Azeem Rafiq on how his whistleblowing changed the culture of cricket, and the victimisation he faced.
There will be expert analysis on how employers can create a whistleblowing culture that prevents victimisation from Nicola Rabson Employment Law Partner for Linklaters, and former NHS Speak Up Guardian Georgina Charlton. Attendees also hear the regulators view on the dangers of leaving victimisation of whistleblowers unchallenged from Mark Steward of the FCA.
