About: Join Protect for our annual World Whistleblowers Day webinar. Together with
Focal Point Training, we’ll be exploring the role of whistleblowing in addressing workplace sexual harassment and the impact on victims.
The webinar will cover:
- An overview of the new Worker Protection Act
- The challenges and barriers whistleblowers face in addressing sexual harassment
- How workplace culture could enable sexual harassment
- Practical guidance on creating an effective whistleblowing system
The session will provide an update on the new law that comes into force in October 2024 and provide practical advice for employers on how to create an effective speak-up or whistleblowing system.
This will be an online webinar with speakers Andrew Pepper-Parsons and Rachel Wall (Protect), and Stella Chandler (Focal Point Training).
