As part of the ICA Webinar Series, join Navigate Compliance for this informative and thought-provoking series of free webinars entitled “Wildlife Crime is Financial Crime: A collaborative approach in the fight against wildlife crime”.

Wildlife Crime threatens many species with extinction. It is a major transnational organised crime that fuels bribery and corruption, threatens biodiversity and conservation, impacts tourism and promotes illicit flows and activities. UN research estimates that Wildlife Crime is worth as much as 23 billion USD every year.

Across four sessions, a panel of 25 speakers from multiple disciplines will offer collective insight, and highlight why there is a need to look through numerous lenses to find a collective solution to end wildlife crime in Africa and beyond. The third session, taking place on 14 October, will feature Andrea Crosta, from WIN Associate WildLeaks, discussing the benefits of whistleblowing.

These webinars will take place between 7-16 October 2020. For more information and to register, please see here. Webinar agendas and speakers are available on the ICA website
