Labor law, duty of vigilance and duty of discretion, freedom of expression and information, professional secrets...

Faced with legislation that is often very complex and difficult to understand, it is hard for people wishing to blow the whistle to know what steps to take. Being informed of your rights is, however, an essential prerequisite to protect yourself and guard against reprisals.

During this webinar, the lawyers from WIN member the Maison des Lanceurs d'Alerte will shed light on the applicable legislation and its limits, and answer your questions about the rights of and risks to whistleblowers.

This webinar will be delivered in French. It will take place on December 17 2020 at 5pm CET. For more information and to register, see here
