In March 2020, the National Council rejected the whistleblower law by a large majority. Now, the Whistleblowing International Network (WIN) and the Fondation Charles Léopold Mayer (FPH) have produced a working paper on whistleblowing in Switzerland. The aim of the report is to provide an “outside perspective” on the issue of whistleblower protection in Switzerland and to analyse the reasons for the slow progress in the political consensus-building process.
