The panel will discuss the importance of creating psychologically safe spaces to speak up and supporting the emotional wellbeing of whistleblowers. Protect will also be launching their new Benchmark and are inviting employers to use the toolkit to measure gaps and highlight acheivements without relying on whistleblower call volume as an indicator of success.
