Summary: Transparency International is seeking research consultants for two exciting consultancy assignments:
- A report on the state of whistleblower protection in the EU
- A report on the state of whistleblower protection in EU candidate countries
Both reports will assess the implementation of the EU Whistleblowing Directive in law and practice, identify cross-cutting trends, challenges, and best practices, and offer targeted, actionable recommendations for policymakers and key stakeholders – from public institutions and companies to civil society and trade unions. A strong focus will be placed on gender-sensitive and inclusive approaches, addressing the needs of women, marginalized groups, and vulnerable workers.
