US Civil Society Issue Legal Action against Trump over Federal Whistleblower Protections

As of 6 February 2025, Protect Democracy and Selendy Gay PLLC on behalf of WIN Member the Government Accountability Project, National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association have filed a lawsuit against US President Donald Trump to challenge his executive order regarding Schedule Policy/Career, formerly known as Schedule F. This order would strip away whistleblower rights and protections for many federal employees, making it easy to terminate their employment even for illegal reasons.
